I take enterprise teams from AI pilots to adopted, production ways of working, and I train the people who run them.

I am Technical Lead, AI for Delivery at PALO IT, where I own the firm's AI-for-delivery strategy. Over 8+ years shipping enterprise software in Singapore, I have learned that the hard part of AI is not the model. It is getting real teams to change how they build, and to keep the change after the excitement fades.

That is the work: architecture that fits the pipeline, guardrails that make output trustworthy, and enablement that turns a pilot into a daily habit. I have trained 700+ practitioners across SIA, Maybank, Prudential, and Manulife, expanding to Standard Chartered, with client work including Chanel, RWS, and Manulife. That work has demonstrated 2-3x productivity gains in real delivery.

How I work

The work is built to leave the team stronger. I start where delivery actually happens, deliver alongside the team on real work, and grow internal champions so the practice compounds and stays theirs. I build the systems too: multi-agent workflows and Model Context Protocol integrations wired into real enterprise tools.

What I believe

Tools do not change behaviour, practice does. Adoption is a behaviour change, not a tooling rollout. A pilot that wows a steering committee is worth less than an unremarkable workflow a hundred engineers use every day. I optimise for the second one.
