What this is

This is embedded advisory and co-delivery: I work shoulder to shoulder with the crew on real projects as Technical Lead (the samurai on point), transferring the architecture decisions, practices, and judgement so the capability lives inside the crew and keeps compounding.
How it works
We pick a real, high-stakes project and ship it together. I make the reasoning explicit, pair on the hard calls, and grow internal champions who carry the practice forward. The aim is a crew that can run it again, and extend it, with the capability firmly theirs.
