What this is
Tools do not change behaviour, practice does. I run hands-on workshops and training programmes that take a crew from curiosity to confident daily use of AI in their actual work. More than 700 practitioners have been trained across SIA, Maybank, Prudential, and Manulife, with Standard Chartered next in the queue.
How it works
Training is built around the real codebase and delivery, not generic slides for gonks. We run role-specific tracks for engineers, leads, and product owners, with exercises pulled straight from real work. I deliberately grow internal champions so adoption keeps compounding long after I delta.
