What this is
Tools do not change behaviour, practice does. I run hands-on workshops and training programmes that take teams from curiosity to confident daily use of AI in their actual work. More than 700 practitioners have been trained across SIA, Maybank, Prudential, and Manulife, with Standard Chartered next.
How it works
Training is built around the real codebase and delivery, not generic slides. We run role-specific tracks for engineers, leads, and product owners, with exercises drawn from real work. I deliberately grow internal champions so adoption keeps compounding for the long run.

Teams that reach for AI by default, measurable change in how work gets done, and a cohort of internal advocates. As a certified GitHub Copilot AI Trainer and across the Anthropic stack, the training meets practitioners where they are.
