What this is
Good advisory leaves a team stronger, not dependent. This is embedded advisory and co-delivery: I work alongside the team on real projects as Technical Lead, transferring the architecture decisions, practices, and judgement so the capability lives inside the team and keeps compounding.
How it works
We pick a real, high-stakes project and deliver it together. I make the reasoning explicit, pair on the hard calls, and grow internal champions who carry the practice forward. The aim is a team that can do it again, and extend it, with the capability firmly theirs.
Typical outcomes
A shipped result and a team that owns the practice, the patterns, and the confidence to keep going. Knowledge that is shared and made explicit, not locked in one person’s head.
